Mandy will walk us through making a sweet cookie dough babka with your choice of cookie flavor and a savory cheesy garlic babka. You'll learn all the essentials you need to make a delicious babka for you and your friends this summer!

Mandy Silverman, known as Mandylicious, is the creative force behind a challah and babka sensation that has inspired bakers around the world. With her innovative take on traditional Jewish baking, she has developed over 550 unique recipes, and is passionate about making challah and babka baking inclusive, accessible, and fun for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. In addition to running her bakery in Sharon, MA, Mandy loves teaching classes and sharing her tips and recipes to support others on their baking journey.
