Event Policies/Services

• Ticket Refunds/Transfers: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds unless an event is canceled. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may transfer them to another person or program of equal or lesser value. To transfer a ticket, please email info@vilnashul.org.

• Vilna Shul Video/Audio Recording and Photography: Vilna Shul programs may be filmed, audio recorded, and/or photographed for archival and/or other purposes. Your attendance in the audience shall be deemed your consent to appear in such recordings/photography without compensation of any kind.

• Accessibility: Vilna Shul is ADA accessible. Our main entrance is located at 18 Phillips Street, Beacon Hill, Boston 02114. 

• Directions and Parking: Vilna Shul offers discounted parking. Please visit the Directions and Parking page on The Vilna website for exact instructions. The parking garage is a third party contractor, and the Vilna assumes no responsibility or liability for its premises or actions taken therein
