Our speaker this month is April Baskin.  April is a Jewish woman of Color from California and a recent Tufts graduate. In a presentation titled “I’m Different Wherever I Go,” she will discuss the experiences and identities of Jewish young adults of Color in America. By presenting the dynamics of this rarely-recognized part of our community, April explores ways to ensure all Jews are welcomed and accepted in American Judaism. This month’s event is presented in conjunction with Tekiah: A Jewish Call to Action.
