Young Professionals Nosh: Knish Making Workshop Image

The knish king of Boston, Steven Peljovich from Michael’s Deli, in Brookline teaches Vilna Young Professionals to make the king of Jewish dumplings - the knish. From traditional potato to out-of-the-box extraordinary gefilte fish, learn what makes the knish a traditional Jewish food. Walk away proud with handmade, delicious, warm knishes made by none other than yourself! The event includes a sampling of knishes as well as the workshop.

This gastro-centric learning features the best of Jewish culture and cuisine! Workshops are hands-on, so come ready to roll up your sleeves and cook! Leave with a deeper understanding of the origins of specific foods and some tasty treats for home.
