Meet The Artists: The Connection
A group of musical assassins from around the country fabricating a contemporary jazz sonic experience that tantalizes listeners, leaving them craving more. Established in 2019 at Berklee College of Music, this trio has been performing around Boston and the northeast. With a unique sound unlike any other, The Connection is hired both as a trio act and as a band for countless singers such as Gareth Tong and Alex Maes who they have won awards with including Tiny Desk (Best Massachusetts Submission Nominee), Songs for Social Change and New England Music Awards (Best R&B/Soul Nominee). This group of musicians have graced stages including Rockwood Music Hall, The Narrows Center for the Arts, and Boston City Plaza. With each dynamic performance they have generated a powerful impact, turning heads and drawing new fans to be a part of The Connection.
