Registration will stop working when supplies are depleted! We will have a limited amount of dough available for walk-ins so please register in advance!

Get out of the cold and warm up with savory and sweet challah! Learn the basics of challah-making and create your own stuffed challah with Mandylicious Challah! From kneading to braiding to stuffing, this interactive workshop will get you thinking about the different uses and ways to make—and enjoy—this traditional sweet Jewish bread. Each child will leave with their own stuffed challah! All ingredients being used are kosher.

For each $25 registration, you will learn to knead a challah (to bring home and let rise), learn to braid a challah, and learn to stuff a challah. You will leave with 3 challah breads ready to bake at home! If you have multiple children, you can register them each or they can share the process. Please know that we only have enough dough for those that have registered, so if your children don't share well or you anticipate challenges, please register them each individually to make their own challah breads.

Adults are expected to assist their children. If you have questions about registering, please email lynne@vilnashul.org.

This is a family workshop. If you do not have children between the ages of 2-14, we kindly ask that you check out our other offerings
