This is a young adult program designed for people in their 20's and 30's. If you are not in the age demographic, we kindly request that you check out our other program offerings!

The Vilna Shul, Boston’s Center for Jewish Culture, is Boston’s only landmark historic Jewish building. Today, it serves as a modern-day cultural center and living museum in downtown Boston.

Havurah on the Hill gathers people in their 20's and 30's for a variety of programming designed specifically for young adults. The Nosh series are gastro-centric programs that embrace Jewish culture through food. Cook, eat, and learn! Schmooze and Jews convenes a group of Jewish young adults and their friends to participate in activities throughout the city, from films to bar nights to community service. The monthly non-denominational, egalitarian, lay-led Shabbat services take place on the third Friday of every month.

Vilna and Havurah on the Hill will never turn anyone away for inability to pay. If you would like to attend but finances are of concern, please email Director of Communications and Community Outreach Lynne Krasker Schultz at lynne@vilnashul.org.

The Vilna Shul offers free parking with validation for Havurah on the Hill Friday night services. Parking validation is only good for the garage at the Charles River Plaza/Cambridge Street Garage at 165 Cambridge Street. This garage is between the Charles River Plaza Shopping Center (Whole Foods) and AU Bon Pain, and across from the Starbucks, near the intersection of Blosson Street and Cambridge Street. DO NOT ENTER THE WHOLE FOODS LOT - THE VILNA DOES NOT VALIDATE FOR THAT LOT. You will receive a green ticket upon entry. Any other color tickets cannot be validated.
