Put a contemporary twist on old world cuisine in this hummus-making workshop with Tahaza Kitchen (Cambridge). Learn the do’s and don’ts of this classic spread, taste a variety of hummus flavor infusions, and leave with a jar of your own hand-made hummus. Sample a variety of hummus flavors as you create your own hummus blend.

This is a workshop for Young Adults. If you are not a young adult, we kindly request that you not register for this event.

About Tahaza Kitchen: Inspired by fresh, local ingredients and bold Mediterranean flavors, Tahaza puts a contemporary twist on old world cuisine. Tahaza's unique hummus-based dishes are as satisfying as they are distinctive, because eating healthy doesn’t have to mean eating boring.

Havurah on the Hill gathers people in their 20's and 30's for a variety of programming designed specifically for young adults. The Nosh series are gastro-centric programs that embrace Jewish culture through food. Cook, eat, and learn! Schmooze and Jews convenes a group of Jewish young adults and their friends to participate in activities throughout the city, from films to bar nights to community service. The monthly non-denominational, egalitarian, lay-led Shabbat services take place on the third Friday of every month.
