Jeff Taylor is a founder of the online jobs site Monster.com and currently the CEO of Eons, Inc., a website for people over age 50. Recently he founded Tributes.com (a spin off from Eons.com). Taylor is a frequent speaker at colleges and universities, and co-authored the book, Monster Careers. Taylor holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an Honorary Doctorate from Bentley College.
