This workshop is interactive, giving participants effective exercises for helping with mobility, stability and general life overall. No previous experience with yoga or excercise necesssary.

Seniors Connect! is especially for seniors in the Boston area who are looking to connect with other seniors for creative activities and resource sharing. We gather at the Vilna Shul monthly for compelling discussions and events that are relevant to seniors’ needs and life experiences.
