Join us for a relaxed and delicious kosher-style pizza dinner while meeting other families. Please bring any gym equipment you may have (balls, hula hoops, etc). This open play date will tire your kids out and feature Israeli crafts in recognition of Israel's Independence Day.

In honor of Israel's birthday, we will be hosting a toy drive for Siblings Connect, which hosts a birthday party every summer for siblings in foster care. Please bring an unwrapped gift for children ages 7-20 (see below for suggestions).

Co-sponsored by The Rashi School and Vilna Shul, Boston's Center for Jewish Culture.

Sibling Connections mission is to support the creation of enduring family relationships and community connections for sisters and brothers experiencing foster care in Massachusetts. Our work is accomplished through innovative programs and practices restoring and strengthening the lives of siblings who have been separated when placed in the foster care system. We currently provide monthly gatherings called Sibling Sundays, weekend retreats, a week-long overnight camp called Camp To Belong MA, and a Youth Leadership Program. At Camp To Belong, we host a camp-wide birthday party to ensure that siblings, despite placement, still have the chance to celebrate important events in their lives, like birthdays, together as siblings. At camp, we invite youth between the ages of 7-20.
